Job Description :
The role
Manage requirements: Gather, analyze project requirements from the client; Track changes in requirements and update relevant documentation; Ensure that all requirements are clearly understood and communicated to the development team as well as easily referenceable and searchable by teams.
Facilitate Meetings: organize and lead meetings between the client and the development team; Ensure that all parties understand the discussion points and decisions made; Prepare and distribute meeting minutes.
Quality Assurance: Review deliverables to ensure they meet the client’s requirements and standards; Conduct verification and provide feedback to the development team.
Internal Communication & Support: Provide real-time requirement explanations to the team; Attend team meetings to stay updated; Bridge cultural differences to ensure smooth communication and collaboration; Educate the team about cultural norms and business practices of the client.
What you’ll bring
Bachelor’s degree with a major in software development, information technology or related fields.
Japanese language proficiency equivalent to JLPT N2 or higher is required; English proficiency is a plus.
At least 2 years of working experience as a Bridge Software Engineer (BrSE).
Strong knowledge of Software Development Processes and Object-Oriented Programming.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
Self-motivated and eager to learn (in business domain, software engineering, language).
High sense of responsibility and strong teamwork spirit.
