Position : Workday Integration Consultant

Mumbai – Hybrid

Responsibilities:


Engage directly with customers on all aspects of their integration landscape

Lead & support with design & customer requirement workshops

Highly confident in configuring Workday integrations (regardless of the technology) with the ability to utilise Workday Community where necessary

Confident in building accurate estimates for Workday Integration work

Approve effort estimates of more junior consultants

High level of understanding of how business utilize HR technology to their advantage and how integrations improve automation
Able to work in quick paced environment

Support in building the CloudRock team based in India through being an advocate for CloudRock through active leadership

Support and mentor junior resource.

Full understanding of the Workday deployment methodology & knowledge of Studio, XSLT, PECI, PICOF, CCTP, Reporting (Advanced, Matrix, Composite)

Achieve a high level of utilization.


Mandatory Experience:


Must hold a Degree in a technical, business or other relevant field of study

3+ years implementing HR, Payroll or Financials technical solutions with Workday, SAP, Oracle or similar applications within a consulting/software organization or as an internal consultant

2+ years of Workday Integrations Implementations

Must have experience in managing end to end Workday Integration project

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Be consultative in their customer approach

Have excellent oral & written communication skills.

Desired Experience:

Certified in Workday Integration

Ideally experience of one end to end Workday Project

Necessary Skills:


Fluent written and spoken English language

Effective presentation skills to lead a call / workshops

Consolidated consulting skills

Strong MS Office skills

Strong analytical and problem solving skills

(2) Workday Integration Lead


Location : India – Mumbai
Experience: 5+ years 

Key Responsibilities:

Integration Design and Development: Lead the design and development of integrations between Workday and other internal/external systems, ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and scalability.

Workday Tools Expertise: Utilize Workday's integration tools such as Workday Studio, Core Connectors, EIBs (Enterprise Interface Builder), and Cloud Connect to develop and maintain integrations.

Technical Leadership: Provide technical leadership for the integration team, offering guidance on best practices for integration development and problem-solving.

Collaboration: Work closely with internal stakeholders (HR, Finance, IT, etc.) to understand business requirements and translate them into technical specifications for integrations.

Project Management: Lead integration projects from start to finish, including requirements gathering, development, testing, and deployment, while managing timelines and deliverables.

Testing and Troubleshooting: Conduct thorough testing of all integrations, ensuring data accuracy and process efficiency. Troubleshoot and resolve integration issues as they arise.

Documentation: Maintain comprehensive documentation for all integrations, including data flows, configurations, and troubleshooting guides.

Compliance and Security: Ensure all integrations are secure and comply with data privacy regulations (e.g., GDPR). Monitor integration performance and security protocols regularly.

Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities for improving integration processes and implement innovative solutions to enhance system efficiency.

Necessary Skills and Competencies:

Experience: 5+ years of experience in integration development, with a minimum of 2 years working with Workday integrations.

Technical Skills: Proficiency in Workday Studio, Core Connectors, EIBs, Cloud Connect, and other Workday integration tools.

Programming Skills: Experience in languages like XML, XSLT, SOAP, REST, Java, or Python for developing and troubleshooting integrations.

Project Management: Proven experience in leading and managing complex integration projects. Strong organizational and project management skills.

 Problem-Solving: Excellent analytical and troubleshooting skills to solve technical integration issues quickly and effectively.

 Collaboration: Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, including HR, IT, and Finance, to ensure successful project delivery.

Communication: Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to translate technical details into business terms.

Education: Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.

The Ideal Candidate:

Workday Integration certification is highly desirable.
Familiarity with data privacy regulations and compliance (e.g., GDPR).
Experience with Agile or Scrum methodologies.
