Streamline HR policies to enhance human capital management

Analyze intricate issues and providing solutions

Guide and mentor junior team members

Maintain exceptional standards in client service engagements

Build and nurture client relationships

Support the Workday HCM Benefits module

Align HR strategies with overarching business goals

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to uphold deliverable quality

Preferred Skills:

Master's Degree in Business Administration/Management, Human Resources Management, Organizational Management, Computer and Information Science preferred

Workday Services functional certification(s) preferably Benefits and/or engagement manager certification

Streamlining HR policies and processes

Aligning HR strategy with business strategies

Supporting Workday HCM Benefits module

Configuring Workday HCM Benefits module

Collaborating across teams and projects

Providing industry knowledge and leading practices

Creating an atmosphere of trust and innovation
